A job for me




One of the things or jobs I really want to do when I grow up Is some sort of zoologist. I love animals and I think it would be really cool to travel around the world. Animals are so unique. I also think that if I can't become a zoologist then it would be cool for me to become a veterinarian. I would be able to help animals. Those are just 2 of the jobs I would like to do or be when I am older.




Some of the reasons I would like to be a zoologist. Is because I would be able to travel around the world and meet/see all kinds of animals like lions,tigers,hyenas and much more. I would be able to see what kind of habitat that they live in and learn more about those animals that I don’t already know. I would see animals that I have never seen before in my life. I might even discover something that nobody has seen or heard of before. I would like to go to the Amazon rainforest if I'm lucky. That is, hopefully I am lucky. I would go to deserted savanna Jungles forest everywhere but still have time for my family. Those are just some of the reasons I would like to become a zoologist.





Some of the reasons I would like to be a veterinarian. Is it because I would be helping animals live or I might even save a life. I would be able to help thousands of animals that come into the vet. I would see cats,dogs. All kinds of dogs like chow chow,shar peis. That's just a few reasons I would like to be a veterinarian.








That’s two of the jobs in mind that would be for me.

Letter to miss Tapuke

Dear Ms Tapuke …

My name is Patiences. I am 11 years old and a year 7 student at pt england school.

I am the youngest out of all of my siblings. I have 6 siblings, 4 sisters and 2 brothers. My favorite sibling is my sister joe. She is my favorite sibling because she takes me out every time she comes over and she brings her puppies and dogs to play with my dogs.




Some of the things I like to do is go to the beach with my family. I also like playing netball and playing rugby with my brother at home but we normally play at my sister's rivers house because she has a way bigger backyard than my house does. I also like playing on my ps4. The games I like to play on my ps4 are apex legends but not fortnite




My favorite subject in school is writing and maths. I like all the hard questions that my teacher gives me and the writing task I got for the day or week. I also like reading books but not reading tasks. My favorite author is Geronimo stilton.

Kia ora my name is Patience and I am 11 years old. I am year seven this year and my teacher is Miss Moala. Some of my favourite sports are soccer and netball. I also love animals. I have 4 dogs at the moment. I also like to swim at the beach and go diving for fish,crayfish and kinas. I love going on road trips to the far north and down south. Help I'm Lost

The Three Little Monkeys

create a descriptive narrative focusing on our setting.

Once upon a time there were monkeys in the jungle and the lived in a special part of that jungle. In the animal sanctuary were it is homed to some of the most beautiful and magnificent animals.One of the families in the jungle was the squirrel monkey family. They were one of the cutest families in the sanctuary. One day in the sanctuary the squirrel monkey family was out of fruit so the parents told them to go and get some fruit. The three little monkeys were never sent out to go and get some fruits or any type of food. The three little monkeys were a bit scared. They said to each other they should go and pick some fruits from the star fruit tree that there parents take them to all the time. The next three types of fruit that they pick was figs,papaya, and dragon fruit. They love those fruits on they way home the three little monkeys heard a hissing sound. It was a emerald tree boa they a green beautiful snake. They slither through the trees. The monkeys were very scared by now to the point they were just standing there. The monkeys ran in different directions. One of the monkeys made a house to hide in. He made a house out of leaves the snake found his house and said open the dooor little monkey or i will squeeze your house down. The first little monkey did not open the door so the snake squeezed the house down so that little monkey ran to the other monkeys house. The next monkeys house was made out of sticks and stones. The snake came and said open the dooor little monkeys or I will squeeze your house down. The monkeys said no so the snake squeeze the house down. So the 2 monkeys ran to the third monkeys house and that house was made of square shaped rocks. The snake came and said hey little monkeys open the dooor or I will squeeze your house down but the little monkeys said no. So the snake tries to squeeze the house down but the house would not budge. The snake went into the house through the chimney but what the snake did not know was that there was a Jaguar up in the tree. The Jaguar jumped onto the roof of the house climbed in and scared the snake away. The Jaguar took the three little monkeys back to there sanctuary. The monkeys parents were so worried they thanked the Jaguar for saving their babies. They all aloud the Jaguar to have dinner with them and that her and her family is aloud to stay in the sanctuary for as long as they wanted. Her kids loved to play with the monkeys. And they lived happily ever after.

Task Description: This week we were given a writing task and what you have to do you have to write a narrative about the three little pig you have to write a different story but based on the three little pigs.

Too Many Topic Sentences

Year 5 and 6 camp

Hi there last week year 5 and 6 went on camp at school. Our howl block went on camp.




The year 5 and 6 went camp at pt england school. Our camp was from 6th of march till 8th of march. We did all sorts of stuff we did slip and slide and going to the pools having a swim and then having a shower and killer zone scooters skateboards. We also did kayaking down at the beach and I went on double and then went around the pole. We did cup games and races.




One of my really cool highlights from camp was that I got sleep with my friends in our tent I slept with my cousin Nature and my friends Phoenix and Julia I was a little bit stuffy but we made less stuffy when we made our tent nice and tidy. Nature and me were always changing the tent and there were no shoes in our tent to keep all the grass out and we also kept on tidying it and moving our bags all over the place. I would just talk to my friends and eat biscuits a but Nature left them in the pocket of the tent and they melted she also cut her hand and the beach she touched the pole to push her back in but the pole was covered in oysters




One of my favourite things we did at the camp was our own concert we all did dances and challenges my group came 2nd but it was cool because we got 2490 points on our team.




Thank you Mum and Dad for letting me go to camp and office ladys for letting us pay part time and thank you to all the teachers that make this happen every year for year 5 and 6 students and letting us have this experience.




At camp I learned that you can work together and it will work better and faster and you will make new friends.

Little green Riding Hood

WALT: write a narrative using correct punctuation and sentences.

Once upon  a time there was a girl called little Green riding hood she lived with her stepmum and her real dad. One day little Green riding hood wanted to go see her aunt  and she took some maori bread. She set off to her aunts. She went through the jungle in through the bushes and there's aunts house. She walked into her aunt's house and said aunt were are you her aunt replied back with in here my dear. In the living room she went sitting there was a tiger and aunt. She said here you go aunt so maori bread. Thank you my dear I have a new pet that doesn't look like pet aunt said little Green riding hood aunt said back to her don't be scared dear come and pet it. She went to pet the tiger. The looked bad to little green riding hood the tiger said I am going to eat you. She said to her aunt that tiger is so so bad oh I mean it said it was going to eat me. So her aunt said for the tiger to get out the tiger told them that if he ever sees them again he is going to eat them. Luckily they never came past the tiger ever. THE END

Kia ora welcome to my blog and here are some facts about me. My name is Patience and this my blog.  I am in year 6 and in team 4. My teachers are Mrs Parent Mr Goodwine and Mr Tuia. My favourite color is purple and my favourite shade is black I enjoy playing with my dogs and swimming in my pool with my sister brother dad and mum. My favourite sport is netball and touch because me and my brother play it in my pool and in our backyard. Hi this is my animation about my story of a tribe and a taniwha. Long long ago there was a tribe in the country called New Zealand.That tribe had not eaten in almost a week. Only the bravest of the tribe went to hunt for the tribe. The men were searching for hours and hours until they found a taniwha. They were chasing after the taniwha for at least 1 hour.Then the taniwha got away so they came back the following night and the caught the taniwha and they chased the taniwha into the grey dark cave they followed it into the cave and then one of the men garbed their net and killed the taniwha and put it into the net and took it back to the tribe. Keyhole Narrative Writing 2

One day in a small town called Kings town. In that town there was a school called kings high. It was the first year for some people like Pixy and Layla also Staycie witch was a witch and no one knows about her until. She found some new friends. Now it had been two years and there still friends well best friends I should say. Staycie had already told Pixy and Layla that she was a witch. Three years later Staycie got a note from a wizard called Jack she did not now who he was. She read the note and she found out that she had got cursed and not just her her and her best friends. She went to school and as soon as she got there she told Layla and Pixy about what had had just happened. They all looked at the note at Staycies house and talked about how are they got cursed. They all read it and there was an address so they packed their stuff and they also had permission. They took Staycies car. They found the address and they were wondering why was his house floating on a piece of rock or stone. Staycie went first because she is a witch and she has powers so then they knocked on the door so so so many times and then on that last nock they ended up in another round or world. Pixy started screaming to the top of her luges then she stopped. Layla was trying so hard not to scream like Pixy. All of a sudden the house started falling then it wasn't falling then it was at the bottom of the sea after that they right where they started. Layla said we should just go into the house and see what they were cursed with. Pixy just started screaming again and screaming and screaming until she saw who was doing that to them. Pixy told Layla and Staycie that she saw him in the window. It was like him and the house were connected or he was just controlling it. Then Staycie opened the door to see how he was doing whatever he was doing. They all ran inside

and tried to find whoever he was that was controlling the house. All though the house looked so weird but cool at the same time. They had found him in one of his spell rooms he calls it. They sat him down and said what is wrong with this house he said oh nothing it has it’s own power that creates mind tricks wich makes you think your somewhere where your not. Layla asked what his name was he said it was Jack the wizard. Staycie said well I am a witch and I have a lot of powers so if you don’t take whatever spell you put on us then I will have to use one of my powers on you. Jack said it was not him who sent the note Pixy said then who sent the note and it had the wizard on it and your a wizard. Staycie said she needs to talk with Layla and Pixy for a sec. Staycie said I am going to use my truth power and see if he is telling the truth or not. So Staycie tillted her head and said the name of who she wanted to know who was telling the truth and her powers said negative she new he was lying to her and her friends. Staycie said that they all should go outside without Jack. Staycie had a plan she had made the same wond that looked just like the real one. Well Jack was not looking she put the fake wond were the real wond was. She found what they had been cursed with and they were all so angry because they were cursed with they had seven days till they were all moked and bullied and been fat and ugly in front of the howl school. They placed a curse on him that he can not do anymore curses on anyone ever. They took the wond and broke it and went back to Staycies house to tell her mother all about it. And thats the end.
